Responsible Leaders Invading the Future Educated (R. LIFE) 501(c)3 non-profit organization has proven to be a vital pillar in the community by providing essential services for 300+ youth between the ages of 8-22 years. R. LIFE’s programming is designed to strengthen the community by addressing the mental health issues, lack of career direction many of our youth face today, and teach financial literacy to help them get a healthy head start to a successful life. In an effort to support these programs and our new program (described below), we are asking our community partners for support. With your help, R. LIFE can further its commitment to the youth in our community through our programming.

We are asking for donations to help our team in making even more of a difference. We will be working with 22 high school seniors/recent graduates to help them with they transition from high school in a program we call "What Now."   Your support of donations would directly enable us to help with workshops, lunch and learns, and more. What Now will strengthen the community by providing direction and support to our youth on their path to following their dreams.

Our Program

Creating an Evidence-Based Youth Development Strategy R. LIFE is committed to becoming a vital asset to the community by creating a youth needs-based program. We are devoted to assisting and supporting our young people to graduate on time with a plan for the future while developing a lifelong love of learning. Through our various programming approaches, we will ensure that we meet the need of youth in the community that we serve. Through Academic Success, College & Career Readiness, Racial and Social Justice, SEL, and Healthy Lifestyle programs we are assisting youth to implement the programs and resources to not only reinforce what is learned during the school day but also prepare youth to become productive citizens in their community beyond graduation.

Through the exclusivity of our program, R. LIFE has the opportunity to simulate social-emotional development through specific programs . This method also increases our influences in building these skills by not focusing solely on a single program but tackling the environment that surrounds a young person. Increasing support for social-emotional development will expand our already favorable impact, especially by providing youth access to experiences for resilience building.
