✈️ About Rising Aviation High School

Rising Aviation High School is a private, career-focused STEM academy located at Addison Airport in North Texas. We provide students with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to earn their high school diploma while pursuing real-world aviation training in fields like piloting, drone operation, and aircraft maintenance.

Our self-paced, year-round program is designed to meet students where they are and propel them toward where they want to go—whether that’s the cockpit, the hangar, or a cutting-edge drone command center. With access to FAA-certified instructors, hands-on simulators, and industry-aligned certifications, our students graduate with a competitive edge and a clear runway toward their futures.

At Rising Aviation, we don’t just prepare students for college or careers—we prepare them for takeoff.

Mission

✈️ Mission Statement – Rising Aviation High School

At Rising Aviation High School, our mission is to launch the next generation of aviation leaders by providing a hands-on, STEM-rich education grounded in innovation, discipline, and real-world flight experience. We equip students with the technical skills, certifications, and character needed to thrive as pilots, drone operators, and aircraft mechanics—regardless of background or financial means.

We believe the sky should not be the limit, but the starting point. Through purpose-driven learning and industry-aligned training, we empower our students to take off with confidence, integrity, and a lifelong passion for flight.

Needs

✈️ Our Needs: Help Them Take Off

At Rising Aviation High School, our students don’t just dream of the skies—they work for it, every single day. But passion and commitment alone aren’t always enough to get them off the ground. That’s where you come in.

Many of our students face financial barriers that threaten to keep them grounded. Some are first-generation pilots. Others come from working-class families with limited means but unlimited drive. While our hands-on aviation programs give students a head start into high-paying, high-demand careers, the cost of tuition and training remains out of reach for too many.

We’re raising funds to:

Provide need-based tuition scholarships for students with the desire and discipline to succeed, but not the financial backing.

Support certification costs for pilot licenses, drone operations, and aircraft mechanic programs.

Ensure equity in access to state-of-the-art simulators, flight labs, and instructor-led training.

Our school is not supported by taxpayer funds. We rely on donations to bridge the gap between ambition and access—especially for those students whose only obstacle is affordability.

✈️ Your Gift Makes the Difference

$250 helps cover FAA test fees

$1,000 funds drone training for one student

$2,500 sponsors a semester of flight instruction

$5,000+ can fully fund tuition for a year for a deserving student

Every dollar goes directly toward unlocking a student’s future in aviation.

Let’s give them wings—and a way forward.

Equity Statement

At Rising Aviation High School, we believe that opportunity should be determined by passion and potential—not by zip code, income, or background. Equity is at the core of our mission to launch the next generation of pilots, drone professionals, and aircraft technicians.

We are committed to removing barriers to access by offering need-based scholarships, inclusive admissions, and pathways for underrepresented students in aviation. Our programs are designed to reflect the diversity of the communities we serve and to elevate every student with the tools, mentorship, and training they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.

We recognize that true excellence in aviation comes not just from skill—but from a field that welcomes all who are ready to take flight. At RAHS, equity means ensuring every student has a runway.
