At Restorative Farms, we’re growing more than produce — we’re cultivating opportunity, resilience, and justice from the ground up.
Based in South Dallas, we are committed to transforming the local food system through hands-on training, sustainable agriculture, and community-driven innovation. We:
Train future urban farmers and create green jobs in under-resourced communities
Provide fresh, organic, regenerative produce to local families through our CSA and farm stands
Build sustainable infrastructure and food equity where it’s needed most
Join us in creating a future where all communities can grow, eat, and live well — together.
Restorative Farms is Dallas grown, community sown. We are committed to developing a sustainable, community-driven urban farming network in Dallas, Texas. We aim to combat food insecurity in underserved areas by providing affordable, fresh produce while creating economic opportunities through training and employment in agriculture. Our goal is to empower individuals with the skills they need to break the cycle of poverty and contribute to a healthier, more resilient community.
We are the only professionally run and "occupation-scale" farm in Dallas County. Through our unique programs, such as the Hydroponic Growing, a Seedling Farm, Future Urban Farmers (FUF) vocational training, and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), we not only grow food but also hope, economic self-sufficiency, and a stronger sense of community.
In a time of high food insecurity and supply chain disruptions, all of Dallas deserves access to fresh, healthy, locally grown food.
At Lawnview Station, your investment will grow:
Vermiculture Farm — transforming food waste into living fertilizer to power the loop.
SPIN Soil Farm — regenerative, high-yield urban farming proving food can grow anywhere.
* Miyawaki Tiny Forest — restoring biodiversity, improving air quality, and building climate resilience while creating green space for families.
* Training & Education Center — preparing the next generation of urban farmers with real careers.
* Community Farm Stand & Gathering Space — reconnecting neighbors to food, health, and purpose.
With a DART station at its doorstep and a future community center nearby, Lawnview will become the community anchor where the Agrisystem comes to life — a living classroom, food hub, and model for replication across Dallas.
Why the Agrisystem Matters
Restorative Farms is not just building farms — we are building an Agrisystem: a resilient, scalable, community-powered model for urban agriculture.
Not Just Farms. A Movement. Restorative Farms Dallas. We believe that healthy food, meaningful work, and access to opportunity are fundamental human rights — not privileges. At Restorative Farms, equity is not just a value; it's the foundation of everything we do.
We recognize the deep-rooted disparities in access to land, food, capital, and opportunity that disproportionately affect underserved communities. Our mission is to confront these inequities through hands-on training, economic empowerment, and sustainable food systems rooted in community leadership and food as medicine.
We are committed to:
Creating inclusive spaces where all voices are heard and valued
Training and uplifting future farmers from communities most impacted by food and economic injustice
Building systems that are accessible, transparent, and accountable
We know that true change takes time, investment, and action — and we are planting the seeds today for a more just and equitable tomorrow.
