Human trafficking shatters lives — but together, we can restore them.

Human trafficking is a hidden crime that targets vulnerable women and children in our communities. It tears families apart, trapping victims in cycles of abuse and exploitation. Many would leave if they had access to safe support — but too often, those resources simply don’t exist.
Our Mission:
Rescue Hill exists to break that cycle. Through compassionate advocacy, strategic partnerships, and survivor-centered care, we provide safe spaces and innovative options for survivors to heal, rebuild, and reclaim their lives with hope and purpose.
How We Do It
Advocacy: Walking alongside survivors through every step of their recovery journey.
Law Enforcement Initiatives: Partnering with the North Texas Trafficking Task Force to recover victims and bring traffickers to justice.
Stabilization Housing: Operating Starla House, Texas’ first stabilization home for survivors and their children, offering 30–90 days of safety, rest, and personalized care.
Why It Matters: We believe stabilization is not a program — it’s a destination. Each survivor’s path is unique, and our role is to fill critical gaps in services so they can transition into long-term safety and independence.
Together, we can restore lives, activate our community, and ensure resources are available for all.
