GIVE TODAY, CHANGE HER TOMORROW

Trafficking exists.
But so does hope.

We know that sometimes the reality of sex trafficking here in DFW can leave you feeling overwhelmed and hopeless.

But at Rescue Her, we are fueled by hope.

Why?

Because every day, we get to see hope in action. We see brave survivors take steps toward a tomorrow free from trafficking and full of joy and wholeness, where dreams are recognized and goals are reached.

Today, we are inviting you to be a part of her tomorrow. These survivors have goals right now that can’t be reached without help, and needs that must be met before they can continue forward.

By giving today, here are a few ways you can change her tomorrow:

  • $10: A meal
  • $25: Transportation to an appointment
  • $75: Medical care
  • $150: Family support (diapers for her kids, clothing, and birthday celebrations!)
  • $500: One month of counseling sessions

Follow along with us @rescueher on September 18th as we share more specific ways your giving is changing the tomorrow of women we serve here in DFW.

P.S. If you’re here because of a coffee sleeve, we’d love to know which local coffee shop you came from! Leave a note with the coffee shop’s name when you donate!

Mission

We exist to empower survivors of sex trafficking to live in freedom.

Our mission is to RESPOND, RESTORE, and RAISE AWARENESS. We respond to crisis calls received through our hotline and collaboration with law enforcement. We offer restorative services to survivors through our long-term Empower Program. We raise awareness through speaking events, educational resources, and awareness campaigns.

Needs

We are currently raising funds to continue to support survivors benefiting from our Crisis Response and Empower Program. With the funding we receive, we hope to continue to provide quality and intentional services to more survivors in the DFW.

CRISIS RESPONSE: We operate a crisis hotline for survivors seeking emergency services such as safe shelter, emergency medical assistance, legal rights, emotional support, transportation, and basic needs. Our goal is to connect each survivor to long-term housing and/or supportive resources. To learn more, visit rescueher.org/crisis-response.

EMPOWER PROGRAM: We provide long-term support services and assist survivors with meeting goals in 5 core areas: legal, independent living, community, safe environment, and health. Each survivor is paired with an Advocate and a Volunteer Mentor to offer key emotional support. Survivors also receive financial assistance, with the goal of financial independence. Our advocacy services have no end date. To learn more, visit rescueher.org/empower-program.

Equity Statement

It is our strong belief that equal opportunity for all employees is central to the continuing success of our organization. We will not discriminate against an employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, national origin, age, physical or mental disabilities, political affiliation, marital status, ancestry, pregnancy or childbirth, or military service membership. Our equal employment philosophy applies to all aspects of employment, including recruitment, screening, training, promotion, demotion transfer, benefits, compensation, and dismissal. Opportunity is provided to all employees on the basis of qualifications and job requirements.
