Here's the ask:
The services of Reclaim Leadership request the ministry leader to "pay what you can and the generous donors to the ministry help offset the cost." This allows ministry leaders the dignity of putting in a financial commitment to the high-quality ministry they receive. However, not all ministry leaders can afford the price for services...
Your investment will help provide the 2026 Scholarship Fund to off-set what ministry leaders cannot pay!
Here's the why:
Pastors, missionaries, and those serving in Christian ministry routinely pour themselves out in service to others through bereavement care, crisis care, hospital visitation, counseling families through crisis, and the list goes on. The men and women in the trenches of other people's trauma and drama rarely take care of themselves. Seventy-eight percent of pastors say they have no close friend to talk with when life becomes overwhelming.
Reclaim Leadership comes alongside ministry leaders to infuse hope and biblical perspective by addressing three distinct issues:
1.Well-being for Spiritual Leaders: Creating development opportunities for positive leadership & personal growth
2.Compassion Fatigue: Combating physical, emotional, & spiritual exhaustion
3.Spiritual Identity Confusion: Addressing personal doubts of faith & disappointments of life that create those doubts
We do this by providing helpful services such as:
1. Recalibration Retreats: One-day retreats, one-on-one with an intensive focus on providing clarity. Retreats come with four post-retreat coaching sessions at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days post-retreat.
2. Coaching: One-on-one coaching for maximizing family, friendship, and ministry potential. Personal growth and accountability are key.
3. Ministry Leader Development: Intentional leader development focused on physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The goal is to assist ministry leaders in growing into healthy teammates and developing into high-caliber leaders.
4. Respite Retreat for Couples. This annual retreat is for husbands and wives in ministry leadership. Four days away to focus on resiliency in marriage and ministry.
