$3,000 Goal

Purrfect Cats was founded in 2003 by a group of volunteers to address the growing population of homeless cats and kittens in Tarrant County with a focus on Arlington, TX. Since their founding, they have rescued and adopted out over 2000 cats. In addition to fostering cats, Purrfect Cats also does Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) with feral cat colonies.

Mission

Purrfect Cats is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization devoted to rescuing cats and kittens in need of permanent homes. Our kitties stay with us until they are adopted out. We provide education to the general public on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets and information on Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR).

Needs

We are a completely volunteer-run organization. Funds we receive are used to pay for veterinary care, medical costs, spay/neutering, vaccinations, treatments for fleas/worms, food, litter, and general supplies for our foster kitties. One of our goals this year is to help Shortcake, one of our special needs cats (incontinence), find a home in a cat sanctuary.

Interested in being more involved? We are always in need of more foster parents to support our mission.
