Who We Are

Prosperity is a mission-driven organization dedicated to expanding economic opportunity and building stronger, more resilient communities. We work at the intersection of financial empowerment, education, and community development to help individuals and families create sustainable paths toward stability and growth.

Our approach is rooted in Faith, access, equity, and practical impact—connecting people with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to move forward with confidence. Whether it’s through programs, partnerships, or direct services, we are committed to removing barriers and unlocking potential.

At our core, Prosperity exists to turn possibility into progress—helping people not just get by, but truly thrive.

Our History

Prosperity Business & Community Development Center (BCDC) was established in 2015 by Disciple Central Community Church (DC3) as a separate, independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. As a nonprofit partner of DC3, Prosperity BCDC was created to advance economic mobility and meet the practical needs of families in the community. Its work is centered on three core areas: Adult Education & Training, Economic & Workforce Development, and FED UP (Families Eating Daily Undermining Poverty) Family & Community Outreach initiatives. Through certification-based training in high-demand trades and comprehensive support services, Prosperity BCDC equips individuals and families with the tools needed to achieve stability and long-term success.
