Project 4031 serves terminally ill children, adults and their families by providing no-cost services to meet basic needs and fulfill Final dreams. Located in Fort Worth, Texas, Project 4031 has proudly served the North Texas community since 2011. We believe this is not our work but the work of the One above.
Thanks to supporters like you, Project 4031 has reached a significant milestone in serving over 1,700 terminally ill children, adults, and their family members over the past 15 years.

Need
When you enter the home of a terminal patient, you can feel the grief, depression, and exhaustion in the air. We know that this family needs something, something more than monetary supports. That's why we started Project 4031.
Across the US and here in Texas, many people do not experience their end-of-life story to the fullest, facing diseases, depression, and financial burdens. It is our mission for everyone to end their life in peace, comfort, and dignity.
How do we serve:
Funding for Families: Providing financial support with basic needs such as housing, utilities, and groceries and allowing families to focus on spending quality time and creating memories.
Fulfilling Dreams: Helping patients complete their last dreams that they would not have achieved without our help. It could be as simple as going to the aquarium with your grandkids, or buying a new recliner chair to sleep in comfort.
Three Strands Program: Offering resources for end-of-life professionals and building a community of hospice social workers and healthcare professionals.
How You Can Support
One Donation. One Community. One Gift. ❤️
One donation can bring comfort. One community can surround a family with hope. One gift can help a terminally ill patient spend precious time with the people they love.
This North Texas Giving Day, your generosity helps Project 4031 provide peace, comfort, and practical support to families facing the end of life.
Last year, our community came together to raise over $37,000, helping us serve 40% more patients in need.
This year, let’s come together again—because one donation becomes one gift of comfort, multiplied by an entire community.
One Donation. One Community. One Gift.✨
