Thank to your kindness, Project 4031 was able to raise $22,124 during our last North Texas Giving Day, which helped extend our service to 40% more patients in need. Together, let's create an even bigger impact in 2025!

About Us

Project 4031 offers no-cost services to terminally ill children and adults, assisting struggling families meet basic needs through financial support and fulfilling last dreams. Located in Fort Worth, Texas, Project 4031 has proudly served the North Texas community since 2011. We believe this is not our work but the work of the One above.

Thanks to supporters like you, Project 4031 has reached a significant milestone in serving over 1,000 terminally ill people and their family members over the past 14 years.

Need

When you enter the home of a terminal patient, you can almost smell the grief, depression and exhaustion in the air. We know that this family needs something, something more than monetary supports. That's why we started Project 4031.

Across the US and here in Texas, many people do not experience their end-of-life story to the fullest facing diseases, depression and financial burdens. It is our mission for everyone to end their life in peace, comfort and dignity. 

How do we help:

• Funding for Families: Providing financial support with basic needs such as housing, utilities, and groceries and allowing families to focus on spending quality time and creating memories. 
• Fulfilling Dreams: Helping patients complete their last dreams that they would not have achieved without our help. It could be as simple as going to the aquarium with your grandkids, or buying a new recliner chair to sleep in comfort.
• Three Strands Program: Offering resources for end-of-life professionals and building a community of hospice social workers and healthcare professionals.

Project 4031 thrives because of the heartfelt generosity of supporters like you. Your donation directly brings hope and relief to families in need, offering financial assistance and helping turn dreams into precious, lasting memories. Our goal is to raise $37,400!

• $3000 - Support all needs for 1 family for a month
• $1200 - Keeps 1 family housed for a month
• $500 - Keeps the power on during a hot Texas summer
• $200 - Feeds a family of 2-3 weeks
• $100 - Provides a comfort item for 1 patient
• $50 - Provides food for 1 patient on their dream trip

Volunteer with Us

Project 4031 relies heavily on the support of volunteers in our community. Baking cookies, arranging flowers, delivery treats to patients, preparing for events, assisting with administrative tasks... At Project 4031, there are so many ways that we could use your help!
