A MINISTRY OF ENRICHMENT & EMPOWERMENT

Project Hope was built on faith and fueled by a calling to serve underserved communities in North Texas. From our food pantry and weekly soup kitchen to our free-use computer lab, turkey giveaways, and Christmas toy drives, we meet both immediate needs and plant seeds of hope for the future. Every gift keeps pantry shelves stocked, meals served, and doors open to those who need them most.

In underserved areas of North Texas, families come to Project Hope not just for food, but for hope. For many, our food pantry and weekly soup kitchen are the only places they know they’ll be welcomed with dignity and leave with a full bag of groceries and encouragement for tomorrow.

Beyond meals, families depend on our turkey giveaway to gather at Thanksgiving, our toy drive to bring joy at Christmas, and our free-use computer lab to apply for jobs and complete schoolwork. Each program is designed to meet people where they are  with compassion, respect, and faith.

But as demand rises, we want to keep pace and that can be with a strong donor support. Project Hope has been sustained through prayer, volunteers, and the generosity of a few, but to truly meet the need we must have a broader base of partners. Your North Texas Giving Day gift keeps our pantry shelves stocked, meals hot, computers running, and holiday programs alive.Together, we can ensure that no child goes without, no family feels forgotten, and no neighbor is turned away.

Together, with God’s guidance and your generosity, we can continue changing lives — one meal, one smile, and one act of kindness at a time.

Giving Activity

Mission

Project Hope provides food, resources, and hope to individuals and families in need. Through our food pantry, weekly soup kitchen, and seasonal giving programs, we work to ensure no one in our community goes hungry and every family feels supported year-round.

Needs

In North Texas, 1 in 8 people struggle with hunger — and many of them are children, seniors, and working families. Rising food costs, unstable employment, and limited access to resources mean that more of our neighbors are turning to Project Hope for help than ever before.

Every week, families come through our doors seeking not just a bag of groceries or a hot meal, but relief, encouragement, and hope. Our food pantry shelves empty quickly, our soup kitchen lines grow longer, and the demand for seasonal programs like our turkey giveaway and Christmas toy drive continues to rise.

Without community support, we cannot meet this growing need. Your gift on North Texas Giving Day will help ensure that:

Pantry shelves are stocked year-round

Hot meals are served weekly to anyone who is hungry

Families can gather around a turkey this Thanksgiving

Children wake up to joy and gifts on Christmas morning

Together, we can make sure no one in our community is left hungry, forgotten, or without hope.

Equity Statement

At Project Hope, we believe every person deserves dignity, respect, and equal access to basic necessities. We are committed to serving our community without discrimination, valuing the unique stories and needs of each individual. Our programs — from meals to holiday support — are open to all, ensuring that hope and help are never out of reach for anyone in North Texas.
