PFLAG Mesquite is a newly organized chapter serving the cities east of Dallas, including Mesquite, Garland, Sunnyvale, Rockwall, Rowlett, Fate, Terrell, Royce City, and beyond. We provide support, resources, advocacy, education, and events for LGBTQIA+ community members and their families.
Founded in 1973, PFLAG is the first and largest organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and advocating for LGBTQ+ people and their families.
To create a caring, just, and affirming world for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them.
PFLAG Mesquite is a new organization supporting the eastern suburbs and excerpts of Dallas. This portion of North Texas is severely under-resourced when it comes to support, education, and advocacy for the LGBTQIA+ community. Funds raised will help us offer monthly support meetings, community education events, LGBTQIA+-friendly gatherings, and much more!
PFLAG is a place where everyone belongs. We listen actively, engage with cultural humility, and ensure that the power of diverse people, cultures, and stories are respected and woven through all areas of our work.
