Who We Are

A nonprofit, third-party supportive service provider for affordable housing communities

Portfolio Resident Services (PRS) partners with affordable housing developments in 15 states to deliver CORES-certified supportive services that ensure state compliance while strengthening resident stability.

All services are voluntary and provided at no cost to residents. Programs are tailored to the unique needs of each community, with a focus on empowering seniors, families, veterans, and individuals with disabilities to build safer, healthier, and more connected lives.

Our Need

In North Texas alone, PRS provides free supportive services at more than 100 affordable housing communities through our Good Neighbor Program.

The Good Neighbor Program provides stability.

Our on-site coordinators connect residents to essential resources including rental assistance, food access, health services, employment support, and educational programming. We also lead community-strengthening initiatives such as:

• Emergency preparedness events

• Youth enrichment programs

• Senior wellness workshops

• Operation Back to School

• National Night Out

• Spirit of Giving seasonal support

For many residents, PRS is the trusted bridge between housing and long-term resilience.
