Who We Are

A nonprofit, third-party service provider for affordable housing communities

Portfolio Resident Services (PRS) provides supportive services to ensure state compliance for affordable housing developments nationwide. These services are CORES-certified, voluntary and free of charge for residents, tailored to the unique needs of each community. Our goal is to uplift and empower the individuals, families and seniors we serve.

Our Needs

Although PRS has multiple avenues for possible donations, this year we are committing our donations from North Texas Giving Day to our new scholarship program, the Purpose Fund.

The Purpose Fund was established in 2021 with aims to extend the PRS commitment through academic and skilled-trade study.

The program is based on evidence that suggests by supporting financial hardship that deter continuing education, last-dollar funding can enable low-income, high-potential students to maximize their potential in the classroom, earn credentials, and sustainably strengthen the communities from which they come.

Throughout scholar experience, The Purpose Fund strives to support recipients by engaging with them and their institutions, insuring they have the resources needed to succeed from enrollment to employment.
