OperaOn75 is a new opera company based in McKinney, Texas, serving the northeast corridor of DFW by creating high-quality live performances and meaningful opportunities for local artists.

From April 16–30, gifts made through North Texas Gives to the Arts may be matched dollar-for-dollar while matching funds remain available. Gifts made early in the campaign help OperaOn75 make the most of available matching funds.

Funds raised during this campaign will be used to compensate artists performing community and fundraising concerts this spring while building momentum toward our first fully staged production this November.

• $25 helps provide rehearsal materials and production support
• $50 supports a singer honorarium for outreach performances
• Any gift up to $100 may be matched during North Texas Gives to the Arts while matching funds remain available
• $250 supports a collaborative pianist for a community performance
• $500 helps fund artist stipends for upcoming fundraising concerts

Mission

OperaOn75 enriches the cultural landscape of Collin County and the Northeast DFW area along Texas State Highway 75 by producing high-quality, engaging opera performances that are accessible and inspiring for all. We nurture local talent, foster community connections, and cultivate a love for opera through innovative programming, education, and outreach.

Needs

Contributions to OperaOn75 support artist compensation, venue partnerships, collaborative production costs, and community programming that expand access to live opera throughout Collin County and the northeast DFW region. Support also strengthens educational outreach and performance opportunities for local artists while helping OperaOn75 build sustainable programming along the Highway 75 cultural corridor.
