More than 1,000 families have used our application portal over the last two years during times of individual or family crisis, resulting in more than 3,400 referrals to organizations both inside and outside of our network. Working with our partners, more than 150 families have received the critical funds needed to stay housed with the lights on. While I would love to say the living situation for our friends and neighbors is improving, that is not the case. Please come alongside us financially as we accelerate access to the vital services and support our friends in crisis need.
Later this year, we will be assisting with the rollout of CarePortal, a platform to connect kids and their families with tangible needs to people and organizations who are willing to help meet needs across our city. The potential economic impact of the work we already do is more than $400,000 per year, and we believe based on CarePortal's success across the country, the potential is many hundreds of thousands of dollars more.

Helping people who need help find help
We seek financial support to serve as a single point of contact for our friends and neighbors who are in need of social service help. Our mission is to accelerate access to organizations whose services are able to help the folks who contact us through timely and efficient referrals. We are also building a comprehensive database of social service organizations to serve as a community-wide resource, eliminating the need for every church, nonprofit, and business to maintain their own listing.
