Oak Cliff Society of Fine Arts

A nonprofit organization

$1,200 raised by 10 donors

Mission

The society's mission is to promote art and culture — including the renovation of its historic home, the Turner House — for the purpose of being at the center of a stellar community that welcomes all groups who wish to participate.

Needs

The Oak Cliff Society of Fine Arts is a steward of two important community resources: our historic home, the Turner House, and the newly emerging Oak Cliff Cultural District. You may donate to either campaign (or, hopefully, both!) this North Texas Giving Day. Your donation is critical to our success in renovating the Turner House as a resource for those throughout Dallas, and to establishing the Oak Cliff Cultural District as a premier arts nonprofit within Oak Cliff.

Equity Statement

The vision of the Oak Cliff Society of Fine Arts is to foster community as we celebrate life events, the arts and culture. That vision would not be possible without embracing and further enabling the diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility of Oak Cliff and Dallas at large. The organization is committed to having a diverse representation amongst its board, and to showcasing artists and cultures that holistically represent the stunning diversity of the community we are dedicated to uplifting and celebrating. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the center of our mission and vision.
