We educate high school students about skilled trades.

Our society has placed an emphasis on college degrees as the only form of higher education that leads to a secure, successful, and fulfilling life. While workforce outsourcing, downsizing, and machine learning continue to cut jobs in our nation, skilled tradesmen with high character will continue to be a stabilizing backbone to our economy.

The trades are a promising but overlooked opportunity for young men and women to fulfill their potential. We want to change that.

Our core strategy involves partnering with high school counselors and administrators to provide students with key information about careers in the construction trades, and a compelling vision of life if they choose a trade as an alternative pathway than a four year degree.

• Admissions assistance when they enroll in local, accredited trade schools
• A complete toolkit specific to their chosen trade 
• Ongoing mentorship, internship opportunities, and job placement assistance
