New Wine Foundation

New Wine is a Christian based organization that strives to bring smiles to the vulnerable and deprived people of the United States of America, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cameroon, South Africa and Nigeria; namely the homeless, widows, orphans, and street children.  New Wine believes giving fish to the vulnerable is temporary but teaching them how to fish is a long-term success plan.

 New Wine came into existence on July 09, 2019, in Houston Texas, USA. It was founded by Sandra Matondo Bongila, a registered nurse (BSN, RN) specialized in acute dialysis. Sandra was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo but now living in the United States of America. 

As a community, we all act together to make the world a better place to live by focusing on the essential issues, not wanting a spontaneous outcome, but trying to find alternatives, strategies, and by taking initiatives, small but very beneficial.

We believe that in Africa, awareness is the first step to face our daily challenges and that together we can significantly change our future.

At New Wine we strive to bring smiles to the vulnerable and deprived people namely widows, orphans and street children of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Cameroon, South Africa, Nigeria and the homeless population of Texas in the United Stated of America.

 We started our work by feeding, providing insulin testing, cutting hair, and providing toiletry to the homeless in Houston, Texas USA. 

 Our actions are centered around providing the community we serve a sense of belonging, showing them, we care for them and helping them to become active members of our society.  Among the solutions, offer them a source of income, teach them new skills, or put them in contact with organizations that can provide those skills. Provide a place where our orphans and street children will find rest so they can dream again. All these solutions are needed to reduce the negative impact of poverty and assist them in changing their future. 

Here Are Our Goals:

The following projects will be implemented in the following countries: Democratic Republic of Congo, South Africa, Nigeria and Cameroon 

1.Build water drills.  

2.Build orphanages  

 3. Build pharmacies    

4.Build training centers for widows

5. Build hospitals specialized in dialysis

6. Build small dialysis centers

7. Create businesses to provide work to the widows, orphans, and street children

Projects for the USA:

1. Assist the homeless citizens of Texas to have access to jobs, housing assistance and other services.
