New Hope Cat Rescue and Sanctuary

We save hundreds of cats and kittens each year from the streets and from being euthanized at shelters across the State of Texas. We obtain the necessary vet care each cat or kitten needs and find them forever loving homes. We pride ourselves on making the perfect match between kitten/cat and adopter, which in turn cuts down on the amount of cats that are returned to us.

Our Needs

Kittens and cats are brought to us by concerned citizens and we pull them from the shelters. Many of them come to us sick and/or injured. As such, we are in desperate need of an emergency vet fund to be able to treat these kittens and cats as soon as they come into our possession. We don't always have time to raise money prior to treatment and it is difficult to obtain donations or grant money after they have been treated. In addition, we provide vetting prior to adoption which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, Rabies shot, FIV/Leukemia Testing, flea treatment, deworming, and a microchip. We need funds to help cover the cost of vetting the kittens and cats prior to adoption. Often times, the adoption fee does not cover the cost of vetting the cats not to mention the cost of formula, food, litter, bedding, toys, etc. that we provide until they are adopted.
