Meowtown Animal Rescue is an all-volunteer, donation-funded nonprofit 501(c)(3) serving the Fort Worth area. We rescue abandoned, stray, and at-risk cats and kittens—including pregnant mamas and newborns—providing vaccinations, spay/neuter, socialization, and loving foster homes. We also support local TNVR efforts by lending traps and helping cover the cost of spay/neuter and vaccinations. Every cat in our care is nurtured until they’re ready for a responsible, forever home.

Meowtown Animal Rescue is an all volunteer, donation funded 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving North Texas, with a primary focus on the Fort Worth area. Our mission is to rescue abandoned, stray, and at risk cats and kittens, including pregnant mothers and newborns, provide the medical care, socialization, and love they need to thrive, thoughtfully match them with safe, loving forever homes, and support community TNVR efforts that help reduce cat homelessness throughout North Texas.
Needs
Meowtown Animal Rescue relies entirely on donations and volunteers to rescue vulnerable cats and kittens across North Texas. Because we are 100% volunteer run, every dollar goes directly toward giving cats a second chance.
Your support helps provide:
- Spay and Neuter Surgeries - Preventing unwanted litters and reducing the number of homeless cats in our community.
- Emergency and Specialized Veterinary Care - Giving injured, sick, and medically fragile cats the treatment they need to survive and thrive.
- Vaccinations and Preventive Care - Protecting cats and kittens from preventable diseases while preparing them for adoption.
- Bottle Baby Care - Formula, bottles, heating pads, and around the clock care for orphaned newborn kittens that cannot survive without human intervention.
- Everyday Medical Essentials - Deworming, flea prevention, medications, and other treatments that keep our cats healthy and comfortable.
- TNVR Support - Helping reduce future homelessness by lending humane traps and assisting with spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations for community cats.
