At Love and Light Ministries our main focus is homeless street outreach ministry and assisting local individuals and/or families in need. Every Tuesday night, near downtown Fort Worth, we serve our homeless friends in parks, at bus stops, in alleyways, under bridges, and near local shelters. We go where there is a need - meet people where they are - to nourish them spiritually and physically. We provide Bibles, prayers, resource help, food, clothing, hygiene kits, socks, shoes, animal food, camp supplies, seasonal supplies, and more. On average we serve 1,150 meals monthly. Praise Jesus!!
In addition to our weekly large outreach on Monday's we visit camps, and we also make home deliveries of food, pet food and other household needs. Then Wednesday through Friday we assist our homeless, and housed, friends to-and-from appointments. We help our unsheltered friends qualify for housing opportunities, obtain critical documents, and assist with transportation needs.
