OUR MISSION:

We empower individuals with serious health conditions to take active steps to renewed life.  Our programs boost physical strength, lift spirits, and promote lifelong wellness.

Individualized exercise plans improve quality of life by reducing pain and depression, restoring motion, and regaining strength. Patients and their families are better able to cope with the physical and emotional issues of living with serious health conditions. 

Kourage Health provides patients with hope, support, and education in an atmosphere of wellness. We help patients focus on life rather than being defined by their diagnosis. We also understand that each patient is unique, therefore the treatment we prescribe is always personalized. The program provides a smooth transition from treatment to recovery and addresses many of the challenges experienced during treatment. 

Our medical exercise centers are a safe and inspiring environment for patients to exercise and engage with other patients who share similar diagnoses and health goals. We offer a variety of services to meet the needs of each patient.
