YOU enabled us to tap into an additonal $263k to offer 23 fully funded scholarships to unemployed and underemployed youth of the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area, and will help them break into the high-paying and rapidly expanding technology sector. How's that for a return on investment?

We would be surprised if YOU haven't seen youth disillusionment firsthand within your circle of family and friends. According to the Dallas Fed we have over 50 thousand of them in North Texas!

It is an epidemic with significant cost to our community: the fiscal burden to the taxpayer per young adult is conservatively estimated at $170,000 dollars; and the individual social burden is much higher, at half a million dollars.

The consequences of it for the young adults themselves are poor physical and mental health, underemployment, drugs and crime.

We recently obtained our non-profit Platinum Transparency seal from Candid (former GuideStar).

Effectively empower opportunity youth to switch into a success mindset through motivation and tools. Enabling them to dream, connect with training programs, and succeed in the workforce and life.

Needs

As YOU help us raise $56k we can unlock $86k more to provide an additonal 11 fully funded scholarships to help residents of the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area break into the high-paying and rapidly expanding technology sector.

According to the United Way "Aspire United 2030" Report, only 26% of young adults across the Metropolitan Dallas service area earn a living wage. 74% unemployment and underemployment!
