ABOUT KIDLINKS
KidLinks is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides healing, hope, and happiness for children and families through music therapy programs, therapeutic music entertainment, and online music media. For over four decades, KidLinks has provided healing experiences for children with special challenges, funded therapeutic music initiatives, implemented university-level music therapy training, and offered free/low-cost treatment programs for children in need. KidLinks has positively impacted the lives of nearly 450,000 children and caregivers with direct services and many thousands more each year via our online resources.
The messages found in KidLinks' music give all kids a healthy, safe, and positive way to connect with their emotions. Donations like yours:
- Helped Emma learn to process her emotions without throwing a tantrum
- Eased the fear of abandonment for Emily, a 2-year-old foster child

Needs
WE NEED YOUR HELP TO SUPPORT OUR MUSIC THERAPY PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES TO BETTER SERVE DFW COMMUNITIES.
Through the generosity of our donors like YOU, KidLinks financially supports therapeutic music initiatives and free/low-cost treatment programs for children with special challenges that may include developmental, behavioral, and learning disabilities as well as mental health needs.
**Funds raised go directly toward the development of the following:
1. THERAPEUTIC MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT: In KidLinks' proprietary program, our musicians provide live therapeutic music at schools, hospitals, special care centers, learning centers and community events.
2. MUSIC THERAPY: Our Board-Certified Music Therapists assess the needs of each child and create individualized treatment plans. We offer up to 16 weeks of free 1:1 sessions, and subsidized sessions thereafter. Telehealth and direct therapy services are available to eligible youth ages 2-18 years old.
3. SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL SKILLS RESOURCE SITE: Our curated digital application of music, animations, and downloadable guidebooks aid in the instruction of social-emotional skills development for organizations serving families and children with special challenges.
