JFM is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to equipping individuals and churches with faith-based tools to effectively minister to those experiencing infertility and loss.
Sharing God's Comfort and Care
Infertility affects 1 in 6 couples, and 10–20% of pregnancies end in miscarriage. That means thousands of couples in North Texas—and across the country—are walking through deep grief, often in silence.
Born from Julie Fowler’s personal journey through infertility, multiple miscarriages, failed adoptions, and the devastating loss of her twin daughters, Julie Fowler Ministries exists to bring gospel-centered hope to hurting couples.
With over 20 years of experience leading infertility and miscarriage support at her North Texas church and her newly published Bible studies, Julie now equips churches, pregnancy centers, seminaries, and counseling organizations nationwide with biblically grounded resources and practical training—so more communities can respond with compassion, truth, and lasting hope.
Virtual trainings and in-person sessions across North Texas are offered at no cost, with travel and lodging requested for out-of-town events. Leader guides and Bible studies for both women and men are available on Amazon, and ministry launching materials are offered to churches preparing to establish an infertility and miscarriage ministry.
Your gift helps couples find community with others who understand, clarity in the minefield of decisions, and the unwavering hope of Christ.
Testimonials
"For the last 18 years I’ve worked with couples in every stage of marriage—newlyweds, empty nesters, and every season of life in between. While couples face an overabundance of challenges, infertility rises to the top of the list of threats to healthy marriages. Julie Fowler is a trusted guide and expert, helping couples navigate the challenges of infertility and miscarriage, all while pointing couples towards Truth found in God’s Word and comfort in the Lord Himself. There’s no other person or resource I trust more to help couples navigate infertility and the associated loss, grief, and missed expectations.
—Scott Kedersha, Marriage Pastor, Harris Creek Baptist Church, Waco, TX, author of Ready or Knot and The Ready or Knot Prayer Guide, host of the More Than Roommates Marriage Podcast.
"When a young woman in my church came to me asking about an infertility ministry, I did not know where to start, so I asked her if she would be willing to lead it! Julie's powerful and biblical curriculum made it so simple to start a ministry for our community. When we promoted the ministry, we weren't sure if anyone would show up. But we were amazed to see not only new couples and women, but even members and leaders that we knew well but had no idea that they were on this journey. Having Julie's curriculum and ministry experience to draw from, we see women stepping out of the loneliness and confusion of infertility and miscarriage into fellowship and service. Truly, we can bear any burden if we are not alone. Today, women in our church feel more willing to bring their struggle into the light because they know there is a place for them, and we are reaching women who may never have otherwise come to our church. I only wish that this ministry existed at my church when my wife and I were experiencing infertility!"
—Dane Olney, Family and Care Pastor, Valley Community Church
"Julie Fowler’s guide—full of true stories, biblical counsel, and practical tips—skillfully accompanies couples through the spiritual, marital, emotional, and ethical challenges of infertility. Her own experience, both as a fellow survivor and as a lay support group leader, gives her a wisdom borne of experience that she skillfully channels for the benefit of those who suffer. Highly recommended."
—Dr. Sandra Glahn, seminary professor; coauthor of When Empty Arms Become a Heavy Burden and The Infertility Companion
"This is a wonderful Bible Study for those facing infertility and pregnancy loss. As an obstetrician who has dealt with infertility issues for 30 plus years, I’ve seen the struggles and grief as well as the difficult medical/ethical choices infertility creates. Medical care can help solve many problems, but it does not necessarily help with emptiness, grief, and loss. This study applies the eternal gifts that God gives us combined with years of personal experience of many who have gone through this difficult challenge. It provides concrete, successful ways to deal with grief and also addresses the complex nature of the possible choices involved with medical treatment of fertility and recurrent pregnancy loss. I’ve recommended this study to many patients and have seen the comfort they received as well as the spiritual growth they experienced. “Treasures In The Waiting” is life affirming and I highly recommend it."
—Steven A. Harris, MD, MPH, Obstetrician/Gynecologist at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, Medical Director of Thrive Women’s Clinic
