"Do not be afraid to be the saints of the new millennium!" - St. John Paul II at World Youth Day in 2000

These words resonate deeply with the challenges and opportunities our young people experience today, particularly those who are navigating the journey of higher education. St. John Paul II University Parish is located in Denton, TX to serve the students at the University of North Texas and Texas Woman's University. Located across the street from UNT, we have a team of 3 missionaries dedicated to making every student feel welcome and to find a place in the community through weekly community nights, liturgical serving, bible studies, discipleship, retreats, intramurals, and many more communal events. We encourage a rich sacramental life with access to daily Mass, adoration, confession, and beautiful Sunday liturgy.

Giving Activity

Mission

We energetically feed the Catholic faith to the college students, faculty, staff, and alumni of UNT, TWU, NCTC as well as reach out to young Catholic adults throughout the DFW area. We do this with our campus missionaries who encourage students to attend 1-on-1 mentorship, Bible studies, daily Mass, and much more.
