Every day, families across Collin County face the overwhelming weight of caregiving, balancing work, life, and the needs of a loved one who depends on them. At 1st Choice Care & Support Services, we show up for those families.

We provide compassionate, community-based care for older adults, veterans, individuals with disabilities, adults with Down syndrome, and medically fragile individuals. Our mission is to reduce caregiver burden, promote independence, and keep families stable. And as we serve our community today, we are also investing in tomorrow by training and mentoring the next generation of skilled, compassionate caregivers.
