JB's Pet Rescue is an all-volunteer, all-foster home-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no-kill animal rescue group dedicated to improving the quality of life for animals in the Dallas/Kaufman area and the surrounding communities. JBPR provides temporary foster care and medical attention for homeless animals until permanent homes can be found.
We rely on donations to help us rescue homeless cats and dogs.
Thank you for supporting JB's Pet Rescue.
JB's Pet Rescue mission is to rescue homeless, abused and unwanted animals and place them in caring forever homes while increasing public awareness of the need to spay/neuter as a solution to the stray animal overpopulation and to prevent cruelty to animals.
Our current goal is to maintain operating funds so we can continue to rescue homeless pets.
Financial funds for veterinary, medical and ongoing support for animals temporarily in foster care until permanent homes can be found. Also, we welcome food and supply donations for pets while in our foster care program.
An immediate need is more safe and loving foster homes for cats and dogs. We are limited in how many we may rescue by the number of foster homes.
We are deeply committed to fostering a culture of equity, inclusion, and respect for all—both within our volunteer team and the broader community we serve. We believe that the work we do in animal rescue can only be truly effective when it is guided by values of fairness, dignity, and equal opportunity for everyone, whether human or animal.
