My Friend Jack’s House is more than a treatment center; it is a place where teenagers and families can feel safe, seen, and supported while navigating substance use, mental health struggles, grief, trauma, and life’s hardest moments.

Founded in memory of Jack Donaldson, My Friend Jack’s House was created from a deep understanding that healing happens through connection, compassion, and community. We provide adolescent-focused outpatient substance use and mental health support in a welcoming environment where young people are treated with dignity and respect.

Our programs focus on helping teens build healthy coping skills, restore family relationships, improve emotional wellness, and rediscover hope for their future. We offer group counseling, individual counseling, family support, substance use education, peer connection, and recovery-focused services tailored specifically for adolescents.

At My Friend Jack’s House, we believe that every young person deserves a chance to grow, heal, and feel accepted exactly as they are. Our motto, “Who You Are Is Welcome Here,” guides everything we do.

Donations through North Texas Giving Day help us provide scholarships for treatment services, recovery resources for families, transportation assistance, community outreach, and programs that make care accessible to teens who might otherwise go without support.

Together, we can create a community where no teenager feels alone in their struggles and every family knows help is available.
