In The City For Good is an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We help South Dallas communities, proudly walking behind our partners as they help our city in a positive direction. We collaborate with inner city, community-based organizations and external entities or individuals seeking to revitalize the inner city, leveraging talents from other organizations to develop food pantries and early childhood education programs for those in need.
We aim to empower neighbors helping neighbors as we stand in the background providing essential needs. We focus on creating hope for the children in the area by giving them everlasting experiences. These moments imprint on the children and give them the determination to break generation curses to provide them with a brighter future.
The mission of ITCFG is to enhance the lives of the community members in South Dallas by focusing on social and educational development, providing essential goods for residents, collaborating with local organizations, and by providing an extensive portfolio of professional services.
With In The City For Good being 100% donation-based, we can’t do this without you! Every dollar given goes directly back into the South Dallas community—fueling educational opportunities for children, providing essential needs for families, and offering recovery support for those battling addiction.
One of our proudest achievements is Camp Grady Spruce, the highlight of the year for hundreds of children. Since launching this program, we’ve been able to send 300 children from South Dallas to camp, giving them life-changing experiences and memories that grow each summer.
Year-round, ITCFG also provides essential hygiene items to local food pantries, filling critical gaps where other resources fall short. These seemingly small items make a world of difference in restoring dignity and meeting daily needs.
Our newest initiative invests in the next generation of bright minds by creating learning beyond the classroom opportunities. In collaboration with incredible partners—from The Children’s Aquarium to The River Ranch Horse Park—students are exposed to unique, hands-on experiences that spark curiosity, inspire creativity, and shape futures.
