$200,000 Goal

Caring for exotic big cats, including feeding, veterinary care, and maintenance and upgrades of enclosures, dens, and the sanctuary as a whole is no small feat.  Our food bill alone is more than $20,000 per MONTH!

"NTxGD is one of the leading fundraising opportunities in our yearly plans and budget.  The funds raised allow us to not only care for the cats, but also make needed upgrades and improvements to the sanctuary to give the cats a happy, healthy, and safe environment to live for the rest of their lives.", shares Vicky Keahey, Founder and President of In-Sync Exotics.

In-Sync Exotics was officially founded as a 501(c)3 nonprofit in 2000.  Since that time, we have grown to fill over 15 acres of property with 18 playgrounds specially designed for the cats that utilize them.

In addition to the direct care of the 80 exotic big cats that call In-Sync their 'forever home', we also have ongoing maintenance of the sanctuary.  This year, we are also planning to address water flow and drainage issues from rains.  Your support will not only help to feed and care for the cats, but also address these important upgrades and improvements.

This year’s North Texas Giving Day goal is set at $200,000 to care for the animals and fund the upgrades and improvements.

We have already raised $99,000 in matching funds!  That means, your donation  will be matched, dollar for dollar (in addition to the bonus funds from CFT)!

Our Needs

This year’s North Texas Giving Day goal is set at $200,000 to fund the upgrades and improvements, food, medical care, staff, and other necessities.  We have 80 lions, tigers, cougars, leopards, and other exotic cats that need YOUR support.

We have already raised $99,000 in matching funds!  That means, your donation will be matched, dollar for dollar (in addition to the bonus funds from CFT)!

We are located just outside of Wylie, TX in Collin Country.  We are open to the public on weekends for self-guided tours, as well as scheduled, private tours.  Come visit and learn more about these amazing animals, and the work we do.

Giving Activity

Mission

In-Sync Exotics is a sanctuary (not a zoo) that rescues abused, neglected, and unwanted exotic felines. We provide them with a safe forever home, complete with the highest quality of care including environments, nutrition, veterinary care, and enrichment. Our mission is to provide a safe haven to some of God's most beautiful creatures. We put their needs above all else; the old, the maimed, the unwanted can find sanctuary here.

Needs

In addition to supporting us during North Texas Giving Day, visiting the cats and making a donation at the visitor's center is another way you can help.

Additionally, we have opportunities for volunteers to help with everything from cleaning enclosures, to preparing meals for the cats, to volunteering during events!

Equity Statement

In-Sync is committed to maintaining a work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Each individual has the right to work in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal employment opportunity and prohibits all unlawful discriminatory practices.
