The Power of Lasting Connection: Claudia and Lydia’s Story

Claudia, a foster care alum, found ISF through a Google search. She was paired with Lydia through ISF, and later, she met her in person at our Leadership Conference. Lydia supported Claudia through college, teaching practical skills like setting boundaries and mapping her goals. Today, Claudia is a county social worker, helping vulnerable families.
