For more than a decade, Hugs has created pathways to employment, training, and belonging for individuals with IDD. Every new program, new location, and new opportunity helps participants discover confidence, purpose, and a brighter future.

Our mission comes to life through five core programs that decrease unemployment, provide competitive wages and certifications, and develop job and life skills:

What began as one small cafe has grown into a network of life-changing opportunities, including a new Hugs Cafe Dallas location, our new National Headquarters location, and the now expanding Hugs Greenhouse and Hugs Training Academy. Each milestone means more individuals with IDD gaining employment, building independence, and discovering what's possible.
