Housing Forward exists for one singular purpose: to end homelessness in our community.
Our goal during North Texas Giving Day is to raise $30,000 for the Flex Fund. Your gift to the Flex Fund will help pay for minor but impactful fees that will end a person’s homelessness. The Flex Fund is 100% dependent on donations, so we need your help! Make a gift this North Texas Giving Day and join us in creating a future where every neighbor has a safe, stable place to call home.
About Housing Forward: We work in partnership with the All Neighbors Coalition, a collaborative of more than 150 partner organizations providing direct services to individuals, families, youth, and veterans experiencing homelessness. As the system’s backbone agency, Housing Forward leads a region-wide, data-driven strategy that centers housing as the solution to homelessness, streamlines access to services, and drives measurable outcomes across Dallas and Collin counties.
Since 2021, Housing Forward has housed nearly 19,000 individuals, reduced overall homelessness by 23%, and reduced unsheltered homelessness by 28%. In 2024, we reached a major milestone with the effective end to veteran homelessness, and in 2025, we achieved an effective end to street homelessness in Downtown Dallas. These outcomes reflect our community’s commitment to long-term, systemic change and demonstrate that homelessness is solvable when approached with focus, collaboration, and compassion.
Together, we can solve homelessness in our community. Make a gift today!
Housing Forward leads in the development and implementation of an effective homeless response system to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring in Dallas and Collin Counties.
We're asking for your help today to ensure that we can continue to make progress in our mission to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring in Dallas and Collin Counties. Your donation will go directly toward supporting our general operations and keeping our programs running smoothly. Thank you so much for your support. Together, we can end homelessness in our community.
