When a family is faced with a childhood cancer diagnosis, each family member should have the opportunity to receive mental health support. Often, therapists who specialize in children and teens do not take insurance. The financial burden on an already financially overwhelmed family facing a million dollar childhood cancer diagnosis causes the family to postpone or forego on receiving mental health support, this leads to family conflict and PTSD.
Hope Cope Heal allocates up to $5,200 per person for psychotherapy which allows each family member in a household dealing with childhood cancer to receive 26 weeks of psychotherapy, at no cost to them! Help is support childhood cancer families find healing after a cancer diagnosis.
We help provide psychoeducation to licensed providers who are unfamiliar with the culture within childhood cancer communities. Helping procide clinicians with tools and therapeutic intervention trainings help them feel prepared and more confident to help childhood cancer families seeking therapy services!
And annually, we provide a healing retreat to provide families with support and connection, no matter where they are in their treatment journey.
Your support makes all this possible and directly makes a difference in the childhood cancer community!
We aim to provide free mental health support to children and parents who have faced the trauma of childhood cancer. We connect childhood cancer families to cancer-informed therapists who will help them gain coping strategies, honor their experience and begin to move forward with hope and healing.

At Hope. Cope. Heal., we are committed to creating a compassionate, inclusive, and equitable environment for every family impacted by childhood cancer. We believe that all individuals—regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, socioeconomic status, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, or language—deserve access to high-quality mental health support.
We recognize the systemic barriers that can limit access to care and are actively working to remove them through culturally responsive services, diverse partnerships, and intentional outreach. Our programs are built on the belief that healing and resilience thrive in communities where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
Equity is not just a value we hold—it’s a promise we act on every day.
