For over 110 years, Holy Trinity Catholic School has been a place where faith and knowledge meet. This year, every gift we receive on North Texas Giving Day will directly impact our ability to bring our mission to life each day. From ongoing safety and security upgrades to a new learning lab designed to support all of our learners, your generosity ensures our ability to foster academic excellence in a nurturing environment of love, prayer, service and leadership.
A loving nurturing environment is a place where students can thrive; but they can only feel nurtured if they feel safe. In today’s world, there is nothing more important than the safety of our students. From Raptor technologies to cameras and door locks, our campus has been fortunate enough to have received grants to upgrade and ensure the safety of our students. However, our full-time security guard, a necessity for our campus given our location and proximity to downtown, is an ongoing cost to us each year. This year, the security guard will cost us about $65,000 to ensure that our students are always safe, and we have the capacity to respond quickly should an emergency ever arise.
At Holy Trinity Catholic School, we believe in developing the whole child, academically, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, aiming to provide top quality programs that develop students in all these areas. This year, in addition to strong co-curricular and extra-curricular programs that develop the whole child, Holy Trinity has established a new learning center and a new position, Learning Lab Specialist. Designed to support math intervention and high-quality academic support for all learners, this learning lab demonstrates our commitment to fostering academic excellence for all our learners.
