High Impedance Robotics Alliance began in 2024 with a desire to open the world of robotics to students of any school in the Prosper, Celina, and North Frisco communities. Starting with just 7 dedicated and talented students, 4 mentors, generous donors and corporations, the organization supported REBELLION 10014 to a 20th ranking (of 187) in Texas, Texas State Championships, Top Rookie in Texas, a World Championship birth, and their first off-season victory. REBELLION 10014, is now 30+ students strong (6 female, 24 male) with 6 mentors, and continues to foster relationships with community libraries, businesses, other local robotics teams, and donors.
We've earned sponsorship most recently from Last Anvil Innovations, OnlineMetals.com, and the Gene Haas Foundation. Our rookie season was powered by NASA, the Gene Haas Foundation, Texas Workforce Commission, and Honeywell along with American Filament, slack, InvertersRus, friends, and family donors.
If you would like to donate in a tangible way, we are accepting donations through our Amazon Wish List!
