Hart to Home Texas serves veterans who face housing insecurity, transportation barriers, and unmet basic needs. Many of the veterans we serve carry complex challenges—housing instability, limited access to healthcare, and recent financial hardship—that affect their daily lives and their families’ futures. Your contribution enables us to:
Provide safe, step-down housing options and case-managed support.
Fund reliable transportation for medical visits, job interviews, and veterans’ program participation.
Deliver essential resources such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, clothing, and household items.
Support families with back-to-school needs, including uniforms and school supplies, to reduce stigma and keep children engaged in education.
We allocate funds with care, track outcomes, and report back to donors so you see the real-world difference of your generosity.
