Laying the Foundation for Hope

In Grand Prairie, affordable housing isn’t just a project—it’s a necessity. Too many families remain locked out of safe, stable homes thanks to rising costs and limited supply. Hope 4 All, as a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), is uniquely equipped to fill that gap. Through strong partnerships with the City and Brickman Homes, we offer hope and empowerment, helping families achieve homeownership and strengthen neighborhoods— while building a sustainable model for future impact.

This North Texas Giving Day, your generosity can make an immediate difference. Our fundraising goal is $43,500, the exact amount needed to cover materials and labor for the foundation of one home. Every dollar supports not only a physical foundation—but also lays the groundwork for a lasting affordable housing program in Grand Prairie. Together, we’ll build homes today and a brighter, more equitable tomorrow for families and our community.

How Affordable Housing Strengthens Communities:

  • Economic Boost & Job Creation: Every dollar invested in affordable housing can generate up to $2.12 in indirect and induced economic activity. For instance, capital spending by public housing authorities has created 7,600 jobs and generated $7.6 billion in economic activity.

  • Local Revenue & Fiscal Gains: A study showed that building 100 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) units can stimulate $7.9 million in local income, create 122 local jobs, and bring in $827,000 in tax revenue for governments in a single year.

  • Health, Education, & Stability: Affordable housing reduces the risk of families being displaced—translating into better educational performance for children, lower health risks, and more cohesive communities.

  • Stronger Local Spending Power: By reducing housing cost burdens, residents gain more disposable income, which boosts local businesses and revitalizes neighborhoods.

  • Property Values & Neighborhood Resilience: Contrary to misconceptions, affordable housing—when thoughtfully developed—does not harm property values and may even stabilize or enhance them in surrounding areas.

Why This Matters:

By giving today, you’re not only helping build a home—you’re investing in economic vitality, neighborhood stability, and the wellness of Grand Prairie families. Your contribution to Hope 4 All's affordable housing program helps ensure that affordable housing isn’t just a one-time effort, but a durable and inclusive reality for our community.

Mission

Hope 4 All collaborates to implement sustainable programs that support growth and well-being through equine and community development initiatives.

Needs

To reach our 2025 and future goals, we are most in need of volunteers and funding to construct affordable homes in Grand Prairie, increase access to equine-assisted counseling and therapeutic riding, provide retirement opportunities for thoroughbreds coming off the racetrack, and engage with our collaborative partners to close opportunity gaps.

Equity Statement

Hope 4 All is more than just a name. We believe every individual deserves a chance to hope, contribute, collaborate, and grow. We embrace and celebrate the intersectionality of all cultures, races, ethnicities, gender and sexual identities, religious backgrounds, dis/abilities, and socioeconomic statuses.
