HOPE Is Here Community Outreach Ministry is a faith-based organization committed to serving individuals and families throughout our community and surrounding areas by providing essential resources, compassionate support, and hope to those facing economic hardships. Founded in 2024 as an outreach ministry of Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, our mission is to address food insecurity, household needs, and personal care shortages that affect many low-income and underserved families.
Since our inception, we have proudly served more than 2,500 individuals and families, helping to bridge the gap between need and access through the distribution of nutritious food, household goods, personal hygiene products, and other essential items. We recognize that many members of our community face difficult choices between paying bills, purchasing groceries, and meeting basic daily needs. Our ministry exists to help alleviate those burdens while restoring dignity, hope, and stability.
At HOPE Is Here Community Outreach Ministry, we believe that every person deserves access to life's necessities regardless of their circumstances. Through monthly food distributions, community partnerships, volunteer efforts, and generous donations, we work tirelessly to support families experiencing financial challenges and lower socioeconomic insecurities.
More than simply providing resources, we strive to build relationships, encourage self-sufficiency, and demonstrate the love of Christ through service. Our commitment is to create a stronger, healthier community where individuals and families can thrive and feel supported during difficult times.
As we continue to grow, our vision is to expand our outreach efforts, increase access to essential resources, and impact even more lives throughout the communities we serve. Together with our volunteers, donors, and community partners, we remain dedicated to our guiding principle:

We are in need of funds to keep our building operable, functional, and complaint with our partner Crossroads Community Services. We need additional storage to maintain our 10,000 plus lbs. of food and supplies stored at a time. Repairs include AC repair for food temperature management. Operable pallet jack and/or forklift for ease of supply distribution. Storage facility/building to store supplies for distribution due to rapid growth.
