Every child deserves a clear path to success, and for our students in GCISD, the Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation (GCEF) helps chart that course.
While tax dollars cover the basics, Community support allows us to go beyond. When you give to the GCEF on North Texas Giving Day, you are directly helping GCISD students and teachers in three key areas:
Innovate in the Classroom: Our Star Teacher Grants provide educators with the funds to bring new ideas to life. From robotics and STEM programs to advanced technology and creative arts, your gift powers the projects that make learning exciting.
Empower Future Leaders: GCEF scholarships are a crucial first step for our graduating seniors, helping them pursue higher education and beyond. You are helping to open doors and turn their dreams into reality.
Cultivate Excellence: Your donation helps us recognize and celebrate our exceptional staff and teachers, ensuring GCISD remains a top destination for the best and brightest educators.
Your donation is more than a gift; it’s an investment in the potential, creativity, and future of every student. Thank you for helping us provide a well-equipped path for their success.
The mission of the Grapevine Colleyville Education Foundation is to provide community based resources in pursuit of excellence in education, teaching, and innovation in the classroom.
Beyond providing for immediate classroom needs through our teacher grant program, the Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation is strategically aligning its support with the district's long-term vision. We are committed to fueling initiatives that directly advance GCISD's strategic goals, ensuring every student is prepared for the future.
Our targeted funding focuses on five key areas:
College Readiness: We invest in programs that give students the resources and skills needed to succeed in higher education, helping to bridge the gap between high school and college.
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math): The Foundation provides critical funding for STEM programs and equipment, empowering students with the hands-on experience necessary to thrive in tomorrow’s high-demand fields.
Career and Technology: We support career and technology education to give students practical skills and certifications that prepare them for success in the modern workforce, whether they choose college or a direct career path.
Dual Languages: Our funding helps expand dual language programs, giving students the invaluable opportunity to become bilingual and bicultural, setting them apart in an increasingly global world.
Leadership: We invest in leadership development programs for both students and staff, fostering the skills needed to lead with integrity, innovation, and purpose in their schools and communities.
By directing our efforts toward these strategic goals, we ensure that every dollar you donate has a lasting, meaningful impact on our students' academic and professional journeys.
