Grace Women’s Organization supports the health and well-being of women in our community. Based in Arlington, we provide hands-on, community-based programs that empower women to manage stress, build resilience, and cultivate confidence. Through practical tools, compassionate guidance, and meaningful connections, we help women navigate life’s challenges and thrive—for themselves, their families, and their communities.
Helping women thrive mentally, physically & spiritually.
Women often carry heavy emotional, mental, and physical burdens while managing work, family, and daily responsibilities. Without support to care for themselves, many experience chronic stress, anxiety, isolation, and burnout, affecting both their well-being and their families.
Your support provides programs that foster empowerment and community, helping women navigate challenges and thrive.
$10 – Provides 3 women with self-care boxes, giving them tools to rest and recharge.
$40 – Covers one wellness workshop session, helping women manage stress and build resilience.
$150 – Supports 3 months of wellness workshops, empowering women with practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and improve overall well-being.
$250 – Delivers 88 self-care boxes filled with tools that support mental and emotional wellness, giving women space to rest, reflect, and recharge from the comforts of home.
$400 – Funds one 10-week Women on the Move session, promoting physical health, fostering social connection, and empowering women to stay active.
$880 – Sustains one Women’s Support Group for an entire year, providing a safe space where women gain tools to navigate life with confidence and courage.
