Our Needs

We’re excited to share how you can help us continue spreading Acts of Love that make a real difference in our community. At Global TLU, our mission thrives thanks to the generous support of partners like you, and together, we can keep this momentum going strong.

Our English as a Second Language (ESL) program is one of the many ways we empower individuals in our community. By providing essential language skills, we open doors to better job opportunities and enable participants to make positive contributions to their families and society. Our holistic curriculum ensures that every student receives personalized attention in a small, engaging, and supportive environment.

We also run a unique initiative called "Family Day"/"Day with Dad" in local prisons. These are not your typical visitation days. Families engage in meaningful activities like games, storytime, and blessings that create positive memories and reinforce the importance of family bonds. These visits are transformative, offering hope and connection in challenging circumstances.

But to keep these initiatives thriving, we need your support. The costs for ESL class materials, program registrations, and our "Family Day" events total just over $1,500. By partnering with us, your gift can significantly reduce these expenses, ensuring we can continue to make an impact where it’s needed most.

We’re also thrilled to continue offering our educational web app, www.keys2empower.org, designed for youth aged 7-10. This app helps young minds develop essential character-building skills. To reach as many young people in the DFW metroplex as possible, we aim to raise over $2,000.
