Glenn Garcelon Foundation

A nonprofit organization

The Glenn Garcelon Foundation has impacted the lives of hundreds of brain tumor patients who have suffered unimaginable financial uncertainly due their illness. We are humbled that we have been able to make their lives a little bit better by helping to pay their bills.

Our Needs

The sole purpose of the Glenn Garcelon Foundation is to alleviate some of the stress that often results from the unexpected financial burdens associated with living with a brain tumor. This allows the patient and his/her caregivers to focus with less distraction on treatment and quality time with loved ones. In order to fulfill our mission, we hold fundraising events and also count on donations from those who believe in our cause. The number of people being diagnosed with brain tumors is rising, thus in order for us to continue to provide much needed grants, we must depend on the generosity of others.

Mission

The Mission of the Glenn Garcelon Foundation is to empower and support to brain tumor patients and their families by awarding grants to help with expenses that are beyond their means. The goal is to ease some of the financial burden that often adds to the stress of a brain tumor diagnosis and treatment. GGF, an all volunteer organization with no paid staff, is one of few charitable foundations that provides financial assistance directly to brain tumor patients.

Equity Statement

It is the policy and commitment of the Glenn Garcelon Foundation that it does not discriminate against any employee, board member, volunteer, or grant requestor on the basis of race, age, color, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, national origin, physical or mental disability, religion, or otherwise as may be prohibited by federal and state law.
