Empowering Tomorrow’s Families — Today

At TFT Organization (Tomorrow’s Family Today), we are changing the future of Fort Worth by empowering youth, families, and underserved communities through financial education, family development, economic empowerment, and community revitalization.

We believe every child, parent, and neighbor deserves the tools to thrive. Your support helps us deliver programs that change lives:

🌟 Fort Wealthy Worth

Our signature financial literacy and entrepreneurship program equips youth and adults (ages 11 to 21+) with the knowledge to manage money, build businesses, and create generational wealth. It’s about more than budgeting — it’s about unlocking potential and building local leaders.

👟 Young World Changers

This leadership and life skills program prepares youth to rise above their circumstances and become positive influencers in their schools, homes, and neighborhoods. From conflict resolution to community service, we are raising a generation that’s equipped to lead with character and purpose.

🎖️ Veteran Support & Community Revitalization

We're restoring hope by revitalizing blighted properties and creating safe, supportive environments — especially for our veterans and families in need. These physical transformations are restoring pride and opportunity across Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

🤝 Collaborative Community Partnerships

We join forces with organizations that align with our mission — because lasting change requires unity, trust, and shared vision.

Giving Activity

Mission

At TFT Organization (Tomorrow’s Family Today), our mission is to build strong families, equip resilient youth, and uplift underserved communities through education, empowerment, and community engagement. We focus on financial literacy, personal development, and leadership training to help individuals break cycles of poverty and reach their full potential. By investing in people first, we create lasting change in Fort Worth and beyond — one family, one child, one neighborhood at a time.

Needs

TFT Organization is growing — and so is the need for our life-changing programs. Our top priority is securing funding to ensure all participants can continue receiving high-quality, no-cost services such as financial literacy training, mentoring, workforce readiness, and family development programs.

We are currently seeking support to:

Expand access to Fort Wealthy Worth and Young World Changers across more schools and underserved communities;

Provide training materials, software, and technology for youth, interns, and returning citizens in our Reentry and Veterans programs;

Fund stipends for mentors, facilitators, and youth leaders who make this work possible.

TFT operates in Fort Worth and surrounding counties — including Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, and Parker — where many youth are aging out of foster care, experiencing homelessness, or facing deep economic hardship. According to DFPS, thousands of youth across North Texas are in foster care or transition — and we’re committed to meeting them where they are, both in-person and online.

We need your help to grow our staff, deepen our impact, and reach more families. With only a small team and rising demand, your donation ensures we remain a consistent, trusted presence in the lives of those who need us most.

We also welcome community partnerships and support from Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) programs, churches, foundations, and individuals who share our mission of building stronger families and a stronger future.

Together, we can change lives — one youth, one family, one neighborhood at a time.

Equity Statement

📜 TFT Equity Statement: Building Tomorrow with Dignity, Respect, and Opportunity

At TFT (Tomorrow’s Family Today), equity is not just a value — it is the foundation of everything we do. We believe every individual, regardless of their background, has inherent worth and unlimited potential. Our programs are built on the understanding that systemic barriers — such as poverty, incarceration, racism, and educational inequity — have historically excluded and harmed communities we serve. We exist to change that.

🌍 Connection and Community

We foster strong, trusting relationships across all levels of our organization — with youth, families, staff, volunteers, partners, and board members. These connections are built on authenticity, inclusion, and shared purpose. We listen deeply and respond with compassion and respect.

🔧 Strengths-Based and Mission-Aligned

Our work honors the dignity, resilience, and agency of those we serve. We do not approach our mission as charity, but as a collaboration — lifting up the brilliance, creativity, and strength that already exists within our communities. We choose partners and funding that reflect our core values and never compromise the dignity of our youth or families for opportunity.

🤝 Collaborative Systems Change

We work hand-in-hand with schools, housing authorities, workforce partners, and justice systems to co-create solutions that are restorative, not punitive. We share knowledge, resources, and accountability — always centering the well-being and future of our participants.

📈 Continuous Learning and Growth

Equity requires humility. We are committed to learning from our community, embracing feedback, tracking outcomes, and adjusting strategies. We seek out partnerships and models that challenge us to grow, to listen more deeply, and to serve more effectively.

💛 Transparency and Stewardship

We honor our donors, partners, and families with transparency and integrity. Our stewardship goes beyond funding — it is a commitment to truth, efficiency, and impact. We invite our supporters into meaningful relationship, where shared responsibility leads to shared success.
