Our signature financial literacy and entrepreneurship program equips youth and adults (ages 11 to 21+) with the knowledge to manage money, build businesses, and create generational wealth. It’s about more than budgeting — it’s about unlocking potential and building local leaders.
👟 Young World Changers
This leadership and life skills program prepares youth to rise above their circumstances and become positive influencers in their schools, homes, and neighborhoods. From conflict resolution to community service, we are raising a generation that’s equipped to lead with character and purpose.

We're restoring hope by revitalizing blighted properties and creating safe, supportive environments — especially for our veterans and families in need. These physical transformations are restoring pride and opportunity across Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

At TFT Organization (Tomorrow’s Family Today), our mission is to build strong families, equip resilient youth, and uplift underserved communities through education, empowerment, and community engagement. We focus on financial literacy, personal development, and leadership training to help individuals break cycles of poverty and reach their full potential. By investing in people first, we create lasting change in Fort Worth and beyond — one family, one child, one neighborhood at a time. Since 2015, TFT Organization has helped youth, adults, and families in Tarrant County gain the skills, resources, and support they need to create lives of stability, independence, and success. Through financial literacy, workforce and career readiness, mentorship, life-skills development, violence prevention, re-entry support, and community-based programs, our organization equips people with thetools they need to create new possibilities for themselves and their families.

Our programs address real challenges facing people throughout our community. Young people need
positive mentors, leadership development, and opportunities that help prepare them for adulthood.
Adults need access to career preparation, financial education, and pathways to greater independence.
Individuals returning home after incarceration need support as they rebuild their lives, reconnect with
their families, and prepare for employment. Families benefit when they are connected to resources,
education, and a strong network of community support.
TFT is already making a meaningful difference, but there are many more people we can reach. Your
support helps us expand programming into more schools and communities, provide training materials
and technology, support mentors and facilitators, strengthen workforce and re-entry initiatives, build
community partnerships, and provide scholarships for graduating high school seniors pursuing college
or trade school.
