Needs

🌟 Support Ghanaian Excellence this North Texas Giving Day 🌟

The Ghanaian Professionals Network (GhPN) is on a mission to connect, empower, and uplift Ghanaian professionals and the next generation of leaders. Every year, we invest in scholarships, mentorship, and cultural programming that open doors for our youth and showcase the richness of Ghanaian heritage.

This North Texas Giving Day, we need your help to:

• Fund Scholarships – Help us provide five $1,000 awards to deserving college-bound students of Ghanaian descent.

• Expand Mentorship – Connect young professionals with leaders who can guide their careers and personal growth.

• Host Cultural & Networking Events – Celebrate Ghanaian excellence, foster unity, and inspire pride in our heritage.

• Grow Our Impact – Build resources and programs that reach more Ghanaians across North Texas and beyond.

Your gift—whether $25, $100, or more—directly fuels opportunity, connection, and community. Together, we can empower our youth, strengthen our professional network, and ensure Ghanaian voices and culture continue to shine brightly.

Equity Statement

We, the Ghanaian Professionals Network (GhPN), are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where every Ghanaian professional—no matter their gender identity, disability, location, socio-economic background, religion, or life experience—feels seen, heard, and valued. We believe that equity is foundational to building a vibrant, resilient, and impactful network.

We pledge to:

• Ensure fair access to all GhPN programs—including mentorship, scholarships, forums, events, and business directories—by proactively reducing barriers and increasing outreach to underrepresented groups.

• Cultivate inclusive spaces—both in-person and virtual—that respect and celebrate the diversity of perspectives, experiences, and needs of our members.

• Embed equity in our leadership, decision-making, and programming through transparent governance, unbiased practices, and continuous evaluation.

• Listen, learn, and adapt by actively inviting feedback from our community, and adjusting policies, programs, and communications to promote fairness and belonging more effectively.
