Gay For Good Dallas–Fort Worth brings together LGBTQ+ volunteers and allies to make a difference in communities across North Texas. Through hands-on service projects with local nonprofits, we create opportunities for people to connect, give back, and build community while supporting organizations doing important work throughout the region.

Mission

Gay for Good mobilizes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ+) and ally volunteers to promote diversity, foster inclusion and strengthen ties to the broader community. We facilitate welcoming, inclusive service projects in support of a wide range of causes throughout Dallas-Fort Worth, and we look forward to meeting you.

Needs

Gay For Good’s local chapter relies on essential support to continue building a strong, connected community of LGBTQ+ volunteers and allies. Donations help cover the basic infrastructure that makes our volunteer work possible, including supplies for service projects, operational costs, and a volunteer management system that allows us to safely organize, schedule, and support participants.

Funding also enables us to participate in outreach and advocacy opportunities such as Pride events and community resource fairs—critical spaces where we connect with new volunteers, build partnerships, and amplify our mission.

Every contribution helps ensure that people can show up, give back, and be part of something meaningful together.
