We work to help victims of violent crime to find their way to living violent-free lives and find peace and hope for their future.
Our Needs
Currently, we need funds to meet our match requirements. We have secured additional federal grants for a youth program and a housing program but we need match dollars. Freedom House's match requirement is over $100,000. We meet about half of that with volunteers and other in-kind matches but we still need cash. Match dollars pay for parts of salaries for our vital staff as well as utilities, bus tickets for clients, and other essential costs including building maintenance.
