At Frankie's House Animal Rescue, we believe that compassionate animal welfare is for everyone—regardless of background, identity, or circumstance. We are committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our work as we rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need while promoting responsible pet ownership and advocating for animal welfare in Waxahachie and surrounding communities.

We strive to remove barriers by offering flexible adoption processes, low-cost or subsidized support when possible, outreach to underserved areas, and inclusive policies that account for different needs (e.g., language accessibility, accommodations for disabilities, or support for low-income families facing pet surrender).

Inclusion — We create welcoming spaces where every individual—whether staff, volunteer, adopter, donor, foster, or community partner—feels respected, heard, and valued.
