Giving Activity

Mission

At flowOUR, we are committed to empowering disadvantaged and reentry individuals, providing them with vital career and educational resources in the realms of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Our robust mentoring programs are designed to foster success and ensure that every individual has the opportunity to thrive.

Needs

Currently, flowOURS faces two critical challenges: the need for more collaborative partnerships and increased funding.

Forming alliances with additional organizations would significantly enhance our capabilities at flowOURS. By partnering with various community groups, we could expand our offerings and introduce a comprehensive range of services to the individuals we serve. This collaborative approach would allow us to address the diverse needs of our clients more effectively, ensuring they receive support that extends beyond our existing services.

Additionally, securing adequate funding is vital for us to sustain and enhance our community support initiatives. Financial resources will enable flowOURS to maintain our operations and explore innovative programs designed to assist individuals in need. Our organization was founded with the mission of providing essential support to those facing challenges, and continued funding will ensure that we can fulfill this mission effectively.

Equity Statement

flowOURS was built around diversity so that the organization could better understand and relate to the community it serves. flowOURS envisions a world where disadvantaged and reentry individuals will have the necessary tools they need to thrive within their communities and personal lives. To make this vision come true, flowOURS believes in teaming up with different organizations to reach a larger platform. Our goal is to reach as many individuals as possible.
