Welcome to the work of Finishing Well Ministries. This year, FWM launched our 2nd decade of ministry! What began as a person-to-person encouragement ministry has evolved into an organization that equips thousands of people through books, video series, online self-study courses, small group trainings in local churches and our podcast ministry. Would you give a generous financial gift to Finishing Well Ministries so that the work God began would flourish with even more seniors of all ages? Thank you and please continue to pray for the work of God through Finishing Well Ministries to strengthen His Kingdom for future generations in Dallas, across our country and around the world. - Hal Habecker, Founder of Finishing Well Ministries
Our Mission
To Equip and Encourage Seniors to Actively Pursue and Fulfill God's Calling in the next phase of their life.
Our Purpose
Equipping, encouraging and mobilizing seniors of all ages to look to God to find His plan and purposes for the next phase of their lives. God uses Seniors of All Ages! We currently have thousands of people in over 15 countries using our Bible Studies, listening to our podcasts, attending events with Hal's teaching, and using our video series for group study. We hope to provide more and more one night to eight-week Bible studies for the seniors of local church congregations, the community and to all interested Christians.
“God Has a Purpose for Every One of our Aging Years”
The late Dr. Howard G. Hendricks made this important observation;
"Old age is as important and meaningful a part of God's perfect will as youth. He is interested in both the waxing and waning of life. Just as potential is locked up in young people, and often never developed, so the full possibilities of old age often remain dormant and die with the person. The work of God will be greatly enriched when more attention is given to releasing and utilizing this hidden resource. Older people represent the greatest potential resource and labor pool within our churches, though consistently ignored."
